Tuition & School Policies

A Security Deposit equal to one week of tuition is due at the time of enrollment. This deposit is non-refundable, if for any reason the enrolled child does not start attending on the agreed upon start date. Once the child is in attendance this deposit will be applied toward the second week of the required two week notice at the time of disenrollment.

All days are paid days regardless of attendance or holidays. This means that parents are required to pay tuition for the agreed upon schedule for their child even if the child does not come to school. We do not offer credits or make up days for days missed.

The school is closed for the following observances; New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day (for staff development), President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, one floating day in August for staff development (Aug 10, 2026), Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Additionally, we close at 12:00 p.m. the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve.
